Tailored to you

All training sessions are personalized based on a physical fitness assessment and individual training goals.

Progress tracking

Each 1-hour personal training session includes 45 minutes of guided exercise and 15 minutes for progress review and weekly training planning.

Health plan

General guidance on healthy eating habits, lifestyle balance, and motivation is provided to support sustainable fitness progress.

01. Rise for Beginners

A beginner-friendly group fitness program designed for anyone who feels out of shape, unsure where to start, or new to exercise.

A structured, goal-driven group training program for those who already exercise. It combines cardio, running, strength, agility, stretching, and conditioning to improve performance.
