Rise With Anka (ANKA) is a personal and group training and coaching practice based in San Jose, California, serving clients across Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area. It is led by Anna Vasina, the founder and head coach of Rise With Anka, a NASM-certified personal trainer, registered nurse, endurance athlete, and training coach.
Inspired by Anna Vasina’s journey as an athlete, Olympic-level prospect, nurse, and endurance runner, ANKA is built for those who are ready to rise — in strength, in purpose, and in life.

Our Programs
Rise With Anka offers personal training programs, private and small group classes, endurance coaching, and community-based fitness programs. From doubt to the finishing line, our training packages combine health insight, endurance experience, and personalized coaching. Choose the path that supports your goals — and rise at your pace.
01. Rise for Beginners
A beginner-friendly fitness program designed for anyone who feels out of shape, unsure where to start, or new to exercise.
02. Rise for Intermediate
A structured, goal-driven training program for those who already exercise. It combines cardio, running, strength, agility, stretching, boxing, and conditioning to improve performance.
03. Rise for Endurance
A focused endurance program for runners and endurance athletes, designed to build stamina, resilience, and smart load management.
04. Rise for Community
A community-driven training program for those who thrive on connection and shared rhythm. It combines expert guidance with collective accountability to support consistency and progress.
All training sessions are personalized based on a physical fitness assessment and individual training goals.
Each 1-hour personal training session includes 45 minutes of guided exercise and 15 minutes for progress review and weekly training planning.
General guidance on healthy eating habits, lifestyle balance, and motivation is provided to support sustainable fitness progress.
